We're wrapping up the end of another successful salmon season here in Southeast Alaska. We've processed thousands of pounds of fish throughout the season to bring our customers premium fillets. While portioning, smaller, trim pieces are created as a by-product we've packaed these up in our Super Savings Box. These smaller pieces/portions are used locally by some of our restaurants for chowders, fish tacos, and beer battered halibut. What creative applications can you come up with? Seafood Pasta? Federal Express
We ship all of our perishable products with Federal Express Mon - Thur for Tue - Fri deliveries. Federal Express must have a street address for delivery. If you are not at home Federal Express drivers will leave your package at the door except for apartments. Please refreeze or refrigerate your seafood immediately upon delivery.
Our perishable products are shipped frozen and packed in insulated shipping boxes with 1-2 gel ice packs. The gel ice maintains the product's integrity and quality even if some thawing occurs in the process of shipping.
We ship all of our non pershible products with USPS Flat Rate Shipping Mon - Fri. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.
During the hotter summer months all orders containing a hot-smoke fillet or cold-smoke fillet must ship overnight.
