Bairdi is considered to be a local favorite in that it is both larger and sweeter than opilio. Deliciously versatile, Tanner crab are known for their beautiful white meat color and deep, sweet flavor.
We section, cook, and then quick-freeze our Tanner crab within hours after they are delivered to our dock, ensuring that fresh-caught taste and the highest quality product.
Steam them for 3-5 minutes, then eat them hot right out of the shell with fresh squeezed lemon juice and coarse ground black pepper for a delectable dinning experience!

All of our Fresh/Frozen products ship 1-2 days via FedEx. It will be shipped in a insulated layer and one to two gel ice packs rated for forty eight hours of freezing time. We ship all of our perishable products with FedEx Monday to Wednesday for Tuesday to Thursday deliveries. FedEx must have a street address for delivery, no P.O. boxes. If you are not at home FedEx drivers will leave your package at the door except for apartments. Please refreeze or refrigerate your seafood immediately upon delivery.
Our perishable products are shipped frozen and packed in insulated shipping boxes with 1-2 gel ice packs. The gel ice maintains the product's integrity and quality even if some thawing occurs in the process of shipping.
We ship all of our non pershible products with USPS Flat Rate Shipping Mon - Fri. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.
During the hotter summer months all orders containing a hot-smoke fillet or cold-smoke fillet must ship overnight.
