We ship all of our perishable products with FedEx Monday to Wednesday for Tuesday to Thursday deliveries. FedEx must have a street address for delivery, no P.O. boxes. If you are not at home FedEx drivers will leave your package at the door except for apartments. Please refreeze or refrigerate your seafood immediately upon delivery.
Our perishable products are shipped frozen and packed in insulated shipping boxes with 1-2 gel ice packs. The gel ice maintains the product's integrity and quality even if some thawing occurs in the process of shipping.
We ship all of our non pershible products with USPS Flat Rate Shipping Mon - Fri. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.
During the hotter summer months all orders containing a hot-smoke fillet or cold-smoke fillet must ship overnight.
